Mister Spas is the BEST! Not only do they sell top of the line hot tubs but the service you get after the sale is tremendous. Kevin is such a great guy. He's careful, timely, friendly....I can't say enough! I bought a Sundance hot tub from him and I enjoy it nearly every day. Best purchase I have ever made. I don't make a lot of money so $12,000 for a hot tub was hard to swallow, but once you get it you will understand. They only cost $15 a month to run (very efficent) and minimal amounts of chemicals required. I had a problem with the motherboard screen thing and with the speakers, but both were resolved very quickly. The speaker within 2 days and the motherboard was the same day. I really can't say enough good things about Mister Spas. I just hope he's still around when I buy my next hot tub. I wouldn't think of going any where else!

Sorry Kevin for the late review. We purchased our spas back in Oct. Working with Kevin and his team was amazing! From the time i walked in the door, they installed the spas and they answered my zillion questions i couldn't thank them enough. The family is in love with the spas. We use it at least every other day. $$ well spent so far. I'm glad i chose to buy a Sundance spas and work with a dealer like yourself. Thanks again for all the help and i'm sure i'll be seeing you soon (hopefully to buy products, etc. and not for issues - :).

5+ stars! I needed a new pump for my spa. After calling several other companies in town without success, these guys went above and beyond. Upon request, I emailed pictures of the old pump and within an hour Kevin called and gave me pricing on a new or a refurbished pump, both of which he had in stock. His prices were excellent. Further, he told me he would match the inlet and outlet sizes from my old pump and to bring in my old pump and he would attach the power cord from my old pump. Kevin did all that and also explained how and why my old pump failed (improper water pH), he disposed of the old pump, provided new gaskets, and answered all my questions (I'm an engineer I had several). The new pump went in without a hitch since everything was plug-n-play.

We have an older tub and Kevin was so helpful in getting it running good, and giving advice on how to maintain it. He didn't try to talk us in to replacing it but rather sent someone out to our home, didn't charge out the wazoo and our tub has been running now for a few years. We are looking to upgrade soon and we won't be buying anywhere else!!

I absolutely love the team at Mr. Spas. They helped me decide on the right size spa for my location and expected usage. They don't upsell which is fantastic. Selection and ordering process was handled with care and professionalism by Sylvia. 

My spa was delivered on the date it was promised even though it was raining and Kevin and Kenny had to deal work in the rain with umbrellas. I really don't know how they managed to get it through my grass to its final location without tearing up the lawn but they did. Kevin is great made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it. Kenny stayed behind after the installation to make sure the temperature was set and that I knew how to care for and control my new spa. He actually tested me afterward and it was greatly appreciated. 

I highly recommend Mister Spas to anyone looking to add a spa to their home. Excellent staff and service. Thank you all

Friendly, Fair and Honest
A hot tub that I purchased on the Internet died on me and I wanted it repaired. The manufacturer I originally purchased it from had gone out of business years ago, so my warranties were worthless. After contacting Mister Spas and explaining the symptoms to the owner, they sent out an experienced repair guy (Kenny) to assess the problem for me. Even though this wasn't a hot tub they see often, Kenny was quick to assess the multiple problems and pull the appropriate parts for rebuild. To minimize my cost, Mister Spas had what could be rebuilt repaired and what couldn't replaced with equivalent rebuilt parts. Costs for parts and labor of the multiple issues were quite reasonable.

Shortly after the hot tub was up and running again, I noticed it was acting a bit strange (running at full speed during its routine running cycles) and heating several degrees higher than it was set for. A follow-up visit from Kenny quickly identified a small wiring error (the wires were not labeled on my tub) which he explained and fixed without further charge to me. Considering the multiple opportunities that Mister Spa had to act less scrupulously (and didn't) will make me a return customer.

I bought a spa from Mister Spa about 8 years ago. I spent a little more than my budget called for, but boy was it worth it. Kevin was great at explaining each model and understood exactly where we were going to place it (at a cabin in the mountains). This model has endured harsh winters and high winds. We have needed service only once and Mister Spa drove all the way to Boone to fix one of the pumps. This spa still looks like the day we bought it! Thanks to Kevin and the team for helping us with chemicals, advice and for providing the right product for us.

I initially found Mister Spas online and in looking through their website was impressed with the amount of inventory that they carry. Jody is one of the nicest people that you will ever meet and was very helpful. I had never before heard of 'try before you buy' with a hot tub, where they actually let you come in, bring a bottle of wine if you'd like, and enjoy the hot tub you are interested in to make sure it is the one. Jody also let me know that their delivery and installation is complete and included in the price, which is not standard in the industry. I would recommend giving them a call if you are in the market.

I bought a Sundance Optima from Mister Spa about 6 months ago.  What a great experience.  When you spend that kind of money you expect to get good service, but these days you don't always get it.  You WILL from Mister Spa.  Everything from testing out hot tubs, to the purchase, to the delivery, to a recent service I had, was spot on.  Top notch service.  Kevin is very timely, professional and friendly.  I really appreciate my experiences with him and his company.  Not to mention how wonderful my hot tub is.  I can't imagine life without one.  You get what you pay for with hot tubs so buy a good reputable brand, like Sundance, and you will be so happy you did.   Go check them out on South Bully, from the road you wouldn't think much but they have a huge showroom in there.  Its so much fun checking them out!

Mister Spa only carries the finest hot tub brands. I bought a Sundance Optima, amazing tub! Love it! First time I needed service (under warranty even) Kevin was at my house the same day and even brought the replacement part with him (had it in stock). Fixed it immediately, fast and friendly service. I will buy all my future hot tubs from him. Such a standup guy! 
Don't expect miracles out of a spa service man if he doesn't even sell the hot tub you need fixed. He's at the mercy of the hot tub dealer. My advice, by a spa with a very good name and reputation. They sell them at Mister Spa. So happy!!!!!...
