Music Discovery Class

My First Music Discovery Class has come to Charlotte! Our program follows the curriculum and acclaimed original music from The Music Class^® Music Pups^® which has won numerous awards, including The Lila Guide Top Pick for 2008, 2006 and 2005 for Best Baby Classes and the 2008 Parents Pick Winner. My First Music Discovery Class is a class designed to educate your child and offer playful and creative music and movement classes for infants through preschoolers (new born babies to 4 year old toddlers and preschoolers).  To learn all about these fabulous classes, watch this video!

Conveniently located in 2 areas of Charlotte, you can find us in the Southpark / Myers Park area as well as in South Charlotte. With growth plans to have 5 centers in all, we’ll have a location that is sure to be close.

My First Music Discovery Class is an early childhood music education company designed to unleash the musical potential of young children. While we take our goal of educating children very seriously, we know that the key to success lies in one word—fun! Everyone has a great time in class, and children love listening to our CDs over and over again at home and in the car. Because we know that it is essential for grownups to enjoy the songs as well, our music isn’t simplistic or babyish. Parents frequently tell us how much they enjoy the music.

Research shows that early childhood is the window of opportunity to increase the lifelong music aptitude of a child, which is why the Music Pups^® program has been received so well for over 12 years, now across the USA and in countries around the world!

Music Pups® (birth - 4)

Designed to nurture the musical development of young children by motivating parents and caregivers to engage in musical activities with their child. Through teacher modeling, play, parent education, our acclaimed CDs, and the joy of our classes, Music Pups® provides a catalyst for parents to create a stimulating musical environment for their child.

In addition to classes, we can also make your child’s Birthday Party an event to remember. Our trained educators can coordinate coming to you whether it be at your home or a private venue….we bring the party to you! Our Fall Session in Charlotte starts Saturday, August 21, and weekday classes start the week of August 23 and lasts for 10 weeks with all classes ending by November 6!  Check our Fall Session Brochure under the More Information Section on the left side of this page or click here for information on packages, class schedules and registering.
